SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The order processing time is 48 hours. All orders are dispatched within 72 hours using the fastest delivery service available, depending on your location.

Delivery time may vary between 10-20 working days according to your location.

All orders are shipped with a unique tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Some packages may experience delays caused by customs or due to the evolving COVID-19 situation. Such delays are beyond our control.

The customer has to provide accurate shipping information which will be used by the delivery service to deliver the goods. We remain only responsible of delivering the package to the address specified by the customer when placing his order.

We shall not be responsible for any error made by the customer regarding the shipping information such as his address, his phone number or any other detail.  

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery of his order, he/she will receive a notification by email or sms indicating the place of pickup of his order. We shall not refund or replace any order that has not been picked up by the customer due to logistic reasons.
